Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven leadership experience in infrastructure and DevOps for at least 2 years. Strong expertise in AWS architecture and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) is essential. You should have hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation. An advanced understanding of networking, security, and cloud operations is important, as well as familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK). Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are required, along with a relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience. Desirable qualifications include AWS certifications, experience with Azure and M365, and familiarity with ITIL-aligned environments.

Responsibilities
As the Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead, I will manage and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers and DevOps specialists. I will define and implement infrastructure and DevOps roadmaps, oversee cloud environments (AWS & Azure), and drive automation through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code. My responsibilities will also include leading improvements in AWS & Azure environments (EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, Azure Firewall, Azure AD, Defender for Cloud), managing container orchestration (Kubernetes) and serverless functions, and ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Additionally, I will drive security compliance (ISO27001, GDPR) and risk mitigation while collaborating with service delivery, development, product, and security teams.
