Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong technical and communication skills. You should have a solid understanding of the risks associated with poor identity security management. Experience with identity tooling, particularly Microsoft Entra ID, is essential. A good understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), cloud entitlement, and general cyber security concepts is also necessary. Experience working with, and ideally implementing, zero-trust concepts is a plus. We value a strong drive and passion for continuously improving your security knowledge and advancing your career.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our organization in a diverse range of work, gaining valuable experience across multiple areas. You will establish a key relationship between the architecture division and the End User Computing (EUC) teams. As you grow within the position, you will take on increased responsibilities and may perform the duties of a Junior Security Architect. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the Cyber Security Analyst/Engineer field looking to transition into an architecture role. A solid understanding of identity access concepts is necessary, with a focus on Entra ID, along with a foundational knowledge of technical cyber security.

We offer hybrid working arrangements, typically requiring you to be in our Southampton office for 2-3 days per week. The salary for this role is competitive, reaching up to £65k, along with additional benefits such as 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and up to 10% employer contribution to your pension.
