IT Manager

Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and managing day-to-day tech issues related to store internet, tills, phones, POS, data, and other platforms. You will own incident response and request handling, ensuring quick resolution or escalation. It's important to monitor and improve IT service performance, creating and sharing reports with local and regional teams. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships to ensure they deliver on their promises, run regular check-ins, track SLAs, and raise issues as necessary. You will lead or support tech rollouts and upgrades in stores and offices, coordinate with country and regional teams for decision points, and serve as the tech face of our UK operations by communicating proactively and clearly. Building strong relationships with local leaders and teams will also be a critical part of your role. Working with the global team, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the JFC Global and Regional BTDT strategies and translate these into actionable plans and initiatives aligned with our UK operations. Moreover, you will identify and provide feedback on opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in execution.
