Responsibilities
- Work across ACHA Group services to identify opportunities for improving customer and business outcomes.
- Drive transformational change by reviewing and optimizing business activities and processes.
- Enable the transformation of services across ACHA Group by reducing transactional work through process reviews, channel shifts, and digital automation.
- Prioritize and lead business improvement activities via process mapping and development of business insights.
- Lead process mapping, review, and redesign projects using systems thinking techniques, including mapping as is and to be processes.

Based in the heart of Helensburgh, this values-driven organization is establishing a new Transformation & Improvement team. This role will support the delivery of a new Target Operating Model through a comprehensive systems thinking review program, aimed at eliminating waste, error, duplication, and complex manual activities. We welcome applicants from locations near our offices in Lochgilphead, Dunoon, Rothsay, Oban, Campbeltown, and Islay.
