Requirements
Must:
- I have demonstrated expertise as a Business Analyst, particularly in ERP upgrades or implementations.
- I am familiar with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- I possess exceptional communication skills, enabling me to facilitate and engage stakeholders at all business levels.
- I am skilled in business process mapping and modeling, using tools like 2c8, Visio, and ARIS.
- I have proven experience in creating RACI charts for various business processes.
- I have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise systems, including HCM, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, FSM, and EAM modules.
- I have a strong capability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- I effectively manage myself, demonstrating proactivity and discipline in meeting work commitments with high standards.
- I possess excellent analytical abilities to review and critically evaluate problem statements and documentation.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals.
- I will clearly define process, system, and data requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and traceable.
- I will guide business decisions for comprehensive process improvements.
- I will collaborate with internal IFS functional leads and consultants across various business areas, mapping out business processes using the 2c8 modeling tool.
- I will develop and maintain process models with the 2c8 modeling tool, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
- I will present my findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, utilizing RACI charts to cover all business processes and departments.
- I will build and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
- I will help develop a robust business system and share domain knowledge across the team.
