Requirements
Must:
- Active SC clearance
- Proven experience in data integration architecture
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT)
- Expertise in API-led and event-driven integration patterns
- Familiarity with sync management logic and validation rules (InterSystems/EHR)
- Understanding of non-functional integration design principles (audit, logging, monitoring, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in leading engineering teams and technical decision making
Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end data integration architectures across primary, community, and secondary care systems
- Develop sync management logic including validation rules and conflict handling
- Define non-functional integration design for auditing, logging, and security compliance
- Model, map, and integrate primary care data using healthcare standards
- Provide delivery leadership, guiding engineering teams and assuring supplier designs
- Support planning, risk management, and technical decision making
- Ensure governance and compliance with healthcare IG, GDPR, and secure data exchange best practices
