Requirements
Must:
- Clear experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems in a support, admin or superuser capacity, focusing on CRM and user experience.
- Evidence of handling a high volume of tickets or tasks and managing changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to support users at different levels of the business.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a curious mindset to find root causes.
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting, and creating simple documentation.
- Attention to detail when working with data and producing user guides and process notes.
- Resilient and agile mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to users globally by resolving day-to-day issues and maintaining data quality through audits and cleansing.
- Manage user access and assist with basic system configurations, supporting the roll-out of new features.
- Create user documentation and deliver training while generating reports and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Keep ERP and CRM users moving by prioritising and resolving a high volume of tickets, from simple questions to complex admin tasks.
- Act as a trusted support for teams across sales, operations, purchasing, finance, ensuring effective communication and updates.
- Import and maintain data for accurate sales information, playing a key role in embedding a new CRM environment.
- Document recurring issues, create user-friendly guides, and encourage self-service solutions across the wider business.
- Stay organised amidst changing priorities, making informed decisions about task management and risk identification.
