Requirements
Must:
- Clear experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems in a support, admin or superuser capacity, with a focus on CRM and user experience.
- Evidence of handling a high volume of tickets or tasks while managing changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of supporting users at different levels of the business, including non-native English speakers.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a curiosity to find root causes rather than quick fixes.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting, and creating simple documentation.
- Attention to detail, particularly with data management and producing user guides.
- Resilient and agile mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing plans.
Responsibilities
- Keep ERP and CRM users moving by prioritising and resolving a high volume of tickets, from simple inquiries to complex admin tasks.
- Act as a trusted first line of support for colleagues across various teams, effectively communicating updates on progress.
- Import and maintain data, including exhibition leads and prospect lists, ensuring sales teams have accurate information.
- Contribute to embedding and stabilising a new CRM environment, providing feedback on new processes and tools.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, documenting fixes and creating user-friendly guides for self-service.
- Stay organised amidst changing priorities, making clear decisions on task urgency and highlighting potential risks to the business.
- Collaborate with a small, busy team by sharing knowledge and supporting each other during peak demands.
