Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL query development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data services (Azure SQL, Azure Synapse).
- Knowledge of Microsoft's ETL tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
- Familiarity with DAX and M languages for Power BI development.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPivot.
- Understanding of Microsoft's Modern Data Platform architecture.
- Background in designing and implementing SSAS tabular models.
- Experience deploying and managing Power BI in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
As a BI Analyst, I will be responsible for designing and implementing data models in Power BI, creating interactive dashboards using Microsoft’s visualization tools, and generating comprehensive reports with the Microsoft BI ecosystem. I will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and Power BI. This position requires expertise in Microsoft's data platform and business intelligence tools.
Description
This is a contract position located in the Exeter area, lasting up to 3 months with the possibility of extension. Hybrid working is available, allowing for 1 day a week in the office.
