Requirements
Must:
- Application support experience across various applications.
- Experience with Microsoft or similar enterprise standard databases.
- Ideally, experience with Tribal EBS or similar systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (all versions), including designing and writing T-SQL.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Web Servers and Services.
- Practical experience with maintaining and diagnosing issues related to Windows server operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will implement and support a variety of applications and systems across our organization. I will handle incidents and problems related to third-party applications, including our Student Record System, Tribal EBS, and applications used in Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management. Additionally, I will support in-house applications and adapt to new tools as our business environment evolves. I will analyze user requirements, introduce and develop various administrative, information, and business systems while managing projects for software development and service introduction. Providing technical advice and support to users regarding our organization's systems will also be a key aspect of my responsibilities.
Description
