Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years experience in supporting client-server back-office and web-based systems (Apache; IIS)/n- Proficient in relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle/n- Strong understanding of Windows Server for application support/n- Proven track record in scripting with SQL (queries; joins), PowerShell, Python, and VBS/n- Knowledge of data centres and virtualized environments (particularly VMWare)/n- Experience in IT service management including incident, problem, and change management in an ITIL environment/n- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls)/n- Strong communication skills and a passion for IT
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for client-server and web applications in a Windows server environment/n- Lead incident management and escalations, ensuring timely updates to customers/n- Collaborate with project management and delivery teams for efficient customer onboarding/n- Maintain system build standards within the environment
