Requirements
Must:
- Experience with scaling AI solutions in complex, regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model governance, and ethical AI principles.
- Technical experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex, and open-source AI/ML stacks.
- Background in regulated environments and the ability to interpret complex technical requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Familiarity with risk-based AI assurance, DPIAs, data protection, and transparency requirements.
- Strong technical or development background with the ability to discuss a wide range of industry-standard technologies, both proprietary and open-source.
- Strong communication skills to interface with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of enterprise-level AI architectures and frameworks.
- Develop and implement Target Operating Models for AI adoption and integration.
- Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with government standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align AI strategy with business objectives.
- Contribute to reusable architecture patterns and support internal capability uplift.
- Assure other services and system quality, ensuring technical work fits into the broader strategy for government.
- Explore the benefits of cross-government alignment and provide mentoring within teams, as well as support to other architects.
