Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (2010-2022, including Compact Framework).
- Expert knowledge of C#, ASP.Net (MVC), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with Git/GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, CI/CD).
- Proficiency with XML handling, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel), and IIS.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record in senior development or technical leadership roles.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills with a methodical approach.
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and team development.
- Comfortable managing priorities independently while contributing to strategic goals.
- Continuous improvement mindset with initiative to refine tools and processes.
- Empathy for end users, ensuring practical and intuitive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigation, analysis, and resolution of complex software issues and support cases.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Drive code reviews, promote best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients in the food and manufacturing sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor during deployments, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements.
- Represent H3O in professional forums, contributing to knowledge sharing and industry-wide initiatives.
- Support national and cross-industry improvement projects where applicable.
