Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience of supporting the development of an IT/IM Roadmap aligned with business strategy in a medium to large organization
- Proven experience of developing enterprise system integration architectures and designs aligned with business needs, budget, and IT/IM Roadmap
- Experience using Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and architecture tools
- Previous experience in developing solution architecture & design artifacts for IT development delivery
- Broad experience of design patterns across technologies including ERP, CRM, ESB, Azure, Cloud, AI, IoT, RPA
- Ability to lead, engage, and influence at all levels
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours
- Educated to level 6 (degree or equivalent) in an IT/STEM related discipline
- Desirable: TOGAF or Zachman Certification, APM / Prince 2 / Agile Practitioner / DevOps/ ITIL, IT technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle)
Responsibilities
- Develop System Integration Architecture and Design artifacts to align with the IT/IM Roadmap
- Shape enterprise and integration architecture, promoting good governance and collaboration
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across IT Services and Change
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment with business strategy
- Support the development of customer-facing digital applications, cloud, and legacy IT estate
- Create designs in line with budget considerations and business needs
- Foster an environment that encourages team collaboration and knowledge sharing
