Requirements
Must:
- You will need to undergo a security clearance prior to your assignment.
- Extensive experience in communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business sponsors, system users, technical specialists, and wider business support functions.
- Proficiency in problem analysis, with the ability to look beyond immediate technical problems to identify wider implications.
- Capability in defining functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in solution definition and shaping, with an understanding that trade-offs may be necessary to deliver an optimum solution.
- Proven ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level system concepts into technical designs.
- Knowledge in system delivery and operation, ensuring that architectural designs are successfully implemented and supported.
- Strong understanding of commercial considerations, including managing supplier relationships and budgets throughout the system's lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills to explain how decisions are reached and resolve disputes involving varying levels of complexity and risk.
Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for introducing the overall technical vision for the project.
- I will work closely with business users and designers to ensure the critical project is delivered effectively.
- I will facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
- I will conduct thorough problem analyses and contribute to defining both functional and non-functional requirements for the project.
- I will define and shape solutions, making informed trade-offs to balance time, quality, cost, and performance.
- I will oversee the system delivery and operation, ensuring that all activities are controlled and managed for successful implementation.
- I will maintain commercial oversight of supplier relationships and budget management throughout the project's lifecycle.
- I will be responsible for ensuring clear communication of all decisions made throughout the project and resolving any disputes that may arise.
