Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, particularly focusing on SAP Time Management (PT). You should have at least 5 years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience. A deep understanding of SAP Time Management processes, including positive and negative time recording and time evaluation, is essential. You must also possess expertise in configuring time schemas, rules, work schedules, and public holiday calendars. A strong understanding of integration points with SAP Payroll and other HCM modules is required. We expect excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the capability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. Experience working on at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects is necessary. Finally, being results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team is key.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the design and configuration of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, which includes time schemas, rules, work schedules, and public holiday calendars. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will gather, analyze, and document requirements for time and attendance, absences, overtime, and shift planning is essential. You will ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, particularly Payroll, Organisational Management, and Personnel Administration. Additionally, you will develop functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments, working closely with ABAP developers. Managing and supporting all testing phases, resolving defects, and providing post-go-live support and troubleshooting will also be your responsibility. Furthermore, you will create clear documentation and deliver end-user training to guarantee successful system adoption. Lastly, you will proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements while staying updated on SAP best practices and new technologies.
