Requirements
Must:
- A strong background in software engineering, with an understanding of its realization and system-wide impact
- Experience working in Java
- Collaborative, open approach to development and ability to work well in a team
- Experience across the entire software development process, from engaging with requirement authorities to automated target integration and proving, supported by effective documentation
- Familiarity with new tools, techniques, and approaches to evolve processes for improved efficiency and sustainability
- Experience in other programming languages such as Ada
- Knowledge of DDS middleware and Real Time Operating Systems
- Familiarity with industry standards such as DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, or IEC61508
- Must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
- Willingness to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) after the offer stage
