We are looking for a dynamic project leader with proven experience in project management, ideally within aviation, production, or manufacturing. You should possess strong facilitation and leadership skills that enable you to motivate and empower teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities are essential. We value a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a knack for driving change. Experience is valued over formal qualifications.
Responsibilities
As our Enablement Leader, you will take on several key responsibilities, including:
- Leading transformation by championing new ways of working and best practices, both from within Airbus and the wider industry.
- Driving innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and tooling solutions to enhance sustainability and efficiency.
- Building governance and strategy frameworks to ensure our future strategy and tool replenishment are ahead of the curve.
- Empowering and developing the Enablement team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and confidence to deliver.
- Overseeing daily tool control, LOLER management, FOD improvement, and project management.
- Ensuring the highest standards in EHS, airworthiness, and SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
