Digital Product Owner – My Account

As part of this role, you will demonstrate strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the delivery of digital products in fast-paced environments. You will possess hands-on experience with My Account capabilities, including Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and understand how web technologies enhance both business outcomes and customer experiences. Your problem-solving abilities will allow you to operate confidently in dynamic environments, balancing pragmatism with innovation. You will challenge the status quo to identify cost-effective, scalable solutions and use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. You will deliver high-quality digital experiences that enhance our reputation and positively impact millions of global passengers annually, directly contributing to our strategic objectives. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Your technical expertise should include a thorough understanding of developing a digital platform, delivering responsive design, SEO, web analytics, APIs, and digital CMS. You should also have good knowledge of web standards, user experience design, accessibility, and responsive web design.
