Responsibilities
- Ensure that business processes are mapped and reflect the needs of the business.
- Analyse data to inform the ERP system design, identifying improvements to current processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure readiness for the system design phase of the programme.
- Compile data and insights from multiple sources.
- Cleanse and improve data quality across existing solutions.
- Attend and contribute to workshops mapping future requirements for system design.
- Manage communication between the project and key business users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the ERP solution, mapping requirements and supporting implementation delivery.
- Develop and deliver business processes and technical specifications in line with legislative and service requirements.
- Provide system advice and guidance to end users across service areas, investigating, resolving problems and conducting training on the ERP system.
- Communicate, engage, and support change champions, including coordinating and chairing meetings/forums.
- Coordinate and undertake system design as part of the ERP implementation Programme Team.
- Manage process delivery timelines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Lead and provide specialist advice to Subject Matter Experts on ERP functionality across service areas.
- Maintain documentation procedures to ensure services are fully understood and sustainable.
- Ensure all involved in training on the new ERP solution are set up correctly and training is coordinated for programme outcomes.
- Undertake any other duties required within the ERP Programme, commensurate with the grading of the post.

This hybrid position is essential to our project success, allowing us to configure, train, and implement systems that enhance the functionalities for our users across various service areas.
