Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise across ITSM, and at least two of ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
- Strong integration background: REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and platform data modeling.
- Experience with CMDB design, Discovery implementation, and ITIL process alignment.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority across ServiceNow architecture, design, and governance.
- Define and drive the platform roadmap and overall strategy.
- Lead the design and build of core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all integrations and workflows.
- Provide leadership across design workshops, solution reviews, and governance boards.
- Mentor and guide developers and administrators, embedding technical best practices.
- Stay ahead of product releases, marketplace solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Champion compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
Description
You will be joining an ambitious transformation program, shaping the technical direction of the ServiceNow platform and working with forward-thinking leaders who value expertise, innovation, and autonomy. Desirable certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), progress towards or attainment of ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile delivery. This is an initial 6-month contract, likely to be extended.
