Requirements
Must:
- Previous interim leadership experience within technology or digital functions
- Strong track record delivering B2B portals, ecommerce platforms, or large scale digital programmes
- Experience supporting international expansion and multi market platform rollouts
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
- Confidence operating at senior leadership and board level
- Pragmatic, commercially minded approach focused on delivery and momentum
- Experience in private equity backed, turnaround, or high growth environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the technology function, providing stability and leadership
- Oversee 25 percent of ERP, infrastructure, security, and core systems
- Focus 75 percent on DTC and B2B digital platforms, portals, and international expansion
- Lead the design, selection, and implementation of a B2B ordering portal
- Accelerate performance and localisation of DTC platforms across brands and geographies
- Provide senior leadership across ecommerce, digital, and customer facing platforms
- Manage internal technology resources and third-party partners to drive pace and accountability
- Support decisions regarding in-house versus outsourced development capability
- Ensure continuity, stability, and robustness across ERP and operational systems
Description
We are a private equity backed, high growth consumer and B2B business seeking an Interim Head of Technology to lead during a critical phase of scale and international expansion. This is a hands-on, outcomes-focused role located in our offices, emphasizing collaboration and pace, with some flexibility for personal commitments. We offer a competitive day rate, with an initial contract lasting 3 to 6 months and potential for extension or conversion to permanent, depending on mutual fit and business need.
