Requirements
Must:
- Minimum three years experience in IT support, technical customer service, or support and/or technical account management with some experience in online video platforms (OTT, OVP, or Enterprise Video)
- Experience in desktop, server, and cloud IT support
- Confident troubleshooting of Windows devices and common SaaS applications
- Familiarity with applications like Kaltura, Ecko Enterprise, or similar
- Strong troubleshooting mindset for diagnosing device, network, browser, or platform-related issues
- Great verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand and translate client requests into technical requirements
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK
- Basic knowledge of networking, PC, Mac, and server troubleshooting
- A-Level or equivalent education preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for Windows 10/11 devices, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 account setups, and Teams configurations
- Troubleshoot internal SaaS tools and assist with incident resolution across teams
- Provide first and second-line support for customers using Kaltura and related platforms
- Troubleshoot issues related to video playback, uploads, and transcoding delays
- Respond to inbound support requests and ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues
- Help with on-boarding new clients and employees and establishing partnerships for success
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure IT systems adhere to internal security standards
- Assist with ISO27001 audits and planning
- Enhance client relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills
