Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in business systems analysis, process engineering, and organisational transformation
- Experience playing a lead role in project delivery, including benefit and risk management
- Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent depth of experience within Business Analysis
- Attention to detail and strong inter-personal skills
- Good understanding of software testing processes, from planning to execution
- Strong understanding of IT applications and infrastructure
- Ability to coach and mentor peers
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Understand and improve inter-relationships between business processes, procedures, systems, and information flows
- Define, plan, and prepare Project Capital requests and delivery plans
- Accurately identify and specify business solutions that meet requirements and improve performance
- Build relationships and collaborate across IT and business teams to understand detailed requirements
- Ensure user testing and training requirements are documented and support user adoption
- Manage and lead small to medium-sized business process and solution-related projects
- Follow BA standards and documentation processes meticulously
- Contribute to improving BA standards and processes
- Support the development of peers and junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices
