Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a first-line IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Outlook and email management)
- Good understanding of general IT systems, hardware, and networking basics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of contact for all IT support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Set up new users, including creating email accounts, system access, and permissions
- Manage and maintain user email accounts (password resets, access issues, mailbox setup)
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues including hardware, software, network, and login problems
- Provide support for devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring users are kept informed
- Handle all general IT issues across the business, escalating more complex problems when required
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all IT access is correctly set up or removed
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure systems are up to date
Description
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for all IT-related matters across the business. This is a hands-on role where you will support users with a wide range of IT needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of IT operations, handling everything from setting up user emails to resolving day-to-day technical issues across the business.
