Requirements
Must:
- A degree, apprenticeship, or vocational qualification in Tech, Business, Finance, Maths, Engineering, or another logical discipline.
- Strong Excel skills are essential, including formulas and lookups.
- An interest in databases, systems, and process improvement.
- No prior industry experience required – we provide full training and support.
Responsibilities
As a Junior Data & Systems Analyst, I will be responsible for:
- Supporting project and purchasing teams with supplier and invoice queries in Airtable.
- Updating and maintaining project financial data across multiple live projects.
- Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of monthly project review meetings.
- Producing and circulating company KPI reports.
- Troubleshooting system queries and learning to resolve Airtable workflow issues.
- Maintaining accurate data records and supporting process improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to develop skills in data management, IT systems, and project financial support. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure that key project data, reporting, and reviews are delivered accurately and on time.
