Requirements
Must:
- Experience and passion for working according to the Government Service Standard.
- Confident in promoting the benefits of it to others at all levels of management.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary, agile team, often with differing reporting lines.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining roadmaps and setting direction and digital product strategy.
- Extensive experience working in a user-centred manner, drawing out user needs and building, testing, and iterating user stories.
- Demonstrable track record of maintaining and improving digital services.
- Thorough understanding of digital trends, practices, and directions.
- Experience of grants management and Salesforce is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and deliver improved products and processes for the Grant Services team.
- Champion good practice, accessibility, and a user-centred mindset within the team.
- Collaborate with grants programme teams to understand funding requirements and translate them into product features in Salesforce.
- Prioritize the product backlog and make decisions on enhancements based on user needs and regulatory requirements.
- Gather user feedback on the grants management system to identify pain points and streamline processes.
- Define requirements for system configurations and integrations with corporate systems alongside technical specialists.
- Maintain product documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and training activities to assist grants officers in adopting new features.
