Must:

- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, or iOS devices
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Experience using IT service desk tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line IT support for users across hardware, software, and accounts
- Resolve incidents through the helpdesk ticketing system and maintain accurate records
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and user access issues including MFA and password resets
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and iOS devices
- Support classroom technology including interactive displays and AV systems
- Assist with AV setup for lessons, events, and presentations
Description
We are a respected independent school located in Central London, offering a permanent Technical Support Engineer position with a salary range of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum. This role provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative IT team while supporting both staff and students in a modern Microsoft 365 environment.
