- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive IT support to teaching and support staff
- Administer and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) environments
- Support Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 services
- Maintain wired and wireless networks, firewalls and filtering systems
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, mobile devices and AV equipment
- Keep users informed on issue resolution and system updates

We are a specialist education technology provider supporting schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the South-East, currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to be based on-site at a well-established secondary school in Surrey. We deliver modern, enterprise-grade IT infrastructure to the education sector, working closely with leadership teams to ensure reliable, secure, and forward-thinking technology environments. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £26,000 – £30,000 DOE plus benefits.
