Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Change and Improvement Team with improvement and change activities
- Assist Change and Improvement Partners in delivering large-scale service reviews and continuous improvement activities
- Work with improvement groups and stakeholders using relevant tools and techniques
- Scope, diagnose problems, and conduct investigatory work
- Conduct detailed data collection and analysis using various techniques
- Support data collection around measuring improvements
- Redesign services and processes using evidence-based changes
- Complete change impact assessments and business readiness plans
- Ensure changes are embedded and adopted within the business
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Deliver training and coaching on improvement tools and techniques
- Embed process management across the organization
- Provide advice on good process design and support documentation
- Facilitate workshops and improvement events, managing accurate documentation
- Administer the Knowledge Bank and maintain key data
- Provide administrative support to improvement-related forums
Description
We are seeking an Improvement Analyst to join our Change and Improvement Team at our Head Office in Didsbury. Offering a salary of £36,626, this role presents an opportunity to support a variety of improvement and change initiatives across our organization.
