- Skilled in administering Windows desktops and servers
- Experience with RMM/Endpoint management
- Strong technical support skills
- Full UK driving license and own transport
- Can do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- 3 years of IT Support experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to users
- Set up and configure laptops and PCs
- Administer Windows desktops and servers
- Manage RMM/Endpoint solutions
- Travel occasionally to client sites as required
- Participate in in-house training initiatives
Description
We are a growing company looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. We offer in-house training, a competitive salary ranging from £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 per year, and benefits such as a company pension and on-site parking. Our team works from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and values strong communication and a positive attitude. This role will be based in person.
