Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable experience as a SITS Developer: SRLs, Tasks, Vistas, Workflows, Rulesets
- Skills around HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- Strong communicator: able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Confident working directly with business areas, including BAs and SMEs to translate requirements into SITS configurations
- Experience with Agresso, Flywire, or other HE finance-related systems (desirable)
- Knowledge of HE Finance processes (fees, invoicing, reconciliations) (desirable)
- Experience with SITS SAM (desirable)
- Exposure to student finance integrations or data feeds (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Work on the Finance strand of the Student Records System Transformation Programme
- Collaborate closely with an internal Technical BA and a highly engaged Finance team
- Engage with a Tribal consultant on the finance strand
- Define standards for the new system without inheriting technical debt
- Translate business requirements into configurations within SITS
- Provide clear explanations of technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
Description
We are undergoing a transformative project to replace our entire ecosystem with Tribal SITS, covering various areas such as Admissions, Student Records, and Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a SITS Developer to join early in the project, where you will have the chance to upskill on the SAM module, enhancing your marketability in the Higher Education sector. Our team is collaborative, consisting of specialists, BAs, and consultants, all dedicated to delivering success in this innovative programme. This position is fully remote and offers a salary between £47,000 and £59,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including pension, 30 days of leave plus university closure days, and bank holidays.
