Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in deskside support in a corporate IT environment
- Degree / Technical certification in IT or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 / Office 365 / MS Teams
- Proficient in PC / Laptop hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Mobile Devices / Mobile OS
- Knowledge of AD / TCP/IP Network
- Ability to work on your own initiative and be a self-starter
- Proven planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness and ability to work co-operatively with others as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Available for frequent travel to our regional offices for onsite visits
Responsibilities
- Providing 1st / 2nd level Helpdesk Support both onsite and remotely
- Monitoring Service Desk Queue
- Installation, Configuration and Support of PCs, running Windows 11
- Troubleshooting both hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on PCs and printers
- Management of Assets
- Determining proper escalation path for non-resolved issues
- Participating in and contributing to a dynamic IT team
