We offer a clear route to progress into a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or Technical Architect role over time. This position is ideal for a developer with 2+ years of experience who is eager to expand their career beyond hands-on coding within the next 12-24 months. You will be technically confident, curious about how products come together, and comfortable seeing the bigger picture. Having an interest or background in financial services would be beneficial. You will join a small, high-performing team that is heavily invested in modern technology, working across the full stack with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. We provide a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 3 days remotely and 2 days in central Bath.
