Must:
To be considered for this role, you should be proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. You will need strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize your workload effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. While we will provide full training, a minimum of 2 years of IT experience is required. Being customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills will help you establish and maintain strong working relationships with various key stakeholders. A clean full driving license is also necessary.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will provide responsive and effective IT support to our internal teams. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our billing system, ensuring connectivity, and investigating and resolving issues with non-communicating software in collaboration with technical staff and field engineers. You will also travel to sites to install, repair, and configure hardware as needed. Additionally, you will assist in generating and sending bills via our billing platform and contribute to the development and optimization of internal IT workflows and processes. You will work with software suppliers to create, test, and implement new solutions, along with carrying out other tasks and duties appropriate to the post.
Description
Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, familiarity with router configuration and troubleshooting, and proficiency in Power Automate (essential). Exposure to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric is also preferred. A broad IT knowledge across hardware, software, and networking is a plus, along with a willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
