### We are seeking candidates who have: - A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a busy Technical Service Desk role, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Their own transport to drive to site for shifts. - The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. - Great problem-solving skills. ###

Responsibilities

In this role, you will: - Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or ticketing system, providing a friendly, quick, and helpful experience. - Deliver 2nd level support remotely and collaborate effectively with team members. - Utilize our ticketing system to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets and service requests, ensuring all documentation is maintained accurately. - Split tickets with multiple issues into separate entries and monitor the progress of tickets to avoid stagnation. - Use our monitoring and management tools to review the RMM dashboard and implement remediation actions as per our processes. ###

Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems. Quick and accurate typing skills while engaging on the phone are essential.
