Software Engineering Manager, Site Reliability

In my role within Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), I combine software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems. I ensure that our services—both critical and externally visible—maintain reliability and uptime according to user needs, while continuously improving performance. I focus on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation. Our culture promotes intellectual curiosity, problem solving, and openness, fostering collaboration among a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. I am part of the Technical Infrastructure team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining data centers and building the next generation of platforms to keep Googles product portfolio running smoothly. We ensure that networks stay up and running so our users have the best experience possible.
