We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Helpdesk Analyst who possesses a genuine passion for technology and IT support. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a positive, friendly, and proactive attitude, with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You must have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently while being a team player with excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have confidence in decision-making and problem resolution, along with a great sense of humor.
Responsibilities
In this exciting and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for resolving support tickets related to hardware and software across the estate. You will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT hardware and software issues and log all incidents, problems, and service requests accurately. Managing IT onboarding and offboarding for new starters and leavers will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software. You will create and update internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user manuals. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults efficiently, while escalating complex issues to the IT Engineering team as needed.
Description

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a structured and conscientious approach to customer service, are essential. Prior experience in a similar IT support role is required, and familiarity with technical skills such as Microsoft 365, Windows 11 / Windows Server, Active Directory, server backup solutions, and email hygiene solutions is desirable.
