- 4–5 years of experience in London residential lettings
- Minimum 5 years in lettings, hospitality, or customer service industries
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a client-centric approach
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Meticulous organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- A competitive mindset, driven to succeed in a fast-paced industry
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
Responsibilities
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will take ownership of the full lettings cycle, ensuring seamless transactions while providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our industry-leading reputation through expert negotiations and premium property placements. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling high-value client inquiries via phone, email, and marketing portals
- Conducting viewings of prestigious London properties
- Overseeing tenancy processes, including agreements and compliance checks
- Managing property pricing across Sabee App, Airbnb, and Booking.com
- Coordinating guest check-ins & check-outs for both short-term and long-term lets
- Ensuring key stock management for company buildings
- Preparing contracts, terms agreements, and application forms
- Providing high-level customer service to maintain long-term relationships
