- Advanced knowledge of Power BI.

- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in analyzing large, complicated data files.
Responsibilities
As our Data Analyst, you will be tasked with:
- Analyzing data to identify trends and uncover patterns that drive business improvement.
- Processing the entire customer journey to showcase areas of suggested improvement to stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to aid leadership in making live data-driven decisions.
- Leveraging your curiosity and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities for enhancing profitability and performance.
- Collaborating with the leadership and operations teams to create actionable insights for targeted improvements.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Management, providing clear, actionable advice to support and advance business strategies.
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various platforms, contributing to the overall integrity of company data.
- Identifying potential gaps in our current systems and usage to support functional areas in building business cases for improvement.
Description
We offer a salary ranging from £35,000 to £37,000 per annum, along with 25 days of holiday, a pension plan, and flexible working hours. This position requires on-site presence in Gillingham, Kent, five days a week. This really is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst to progress their career.
