Must:
We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with proven experience, ideally within ITSM, SaaS, or integration domains. You should have a strong track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies. A solid understanding of managed service delivery, focusing on long-term customer success, is essential. You must possess excellent communication skills, both technical and business-facing. We are seeking someone who is a problem-solver and systems thinker, able to create solutions that go beyond point-to-point fixes. Comfort working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel is required; you should be UK-based and able to be onsite in Watford two days per week.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design integration solutions that align with customer goals, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and resilient within a managed service model. You will own project delivery: define scope, create delivery plans, manage risks, and oversee milestones across internal teams and customer stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead configuration and implementation, ensuring integrations are robust and maintainable. Managing the full lifecycle of integrations from discovery and design through to go-live and continuous improvement will be part of your duties. As a trusted advisor to customers, you will foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities for enhancement. Collaboration across functions with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery will be necessary. You’ll also provide pre-sales support through solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical expertise. Staying up to date on integration, automation, and SaaS industry trends to drive innovation in your solutions is vital.
