Requirements
Must:
- VIP support experience within the Investment Banking sector
- Azure certification and hands-on Azure administration/support experience
- Minimum 5 years experience across 1st to 3rd Line Support
- Service Desk background supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Windows platforms)
- Windows OS support (Windows 7 & 10)
- Microsoft Office 365 (desktop & admin support)
- Excellent customer-facing skills with a professional, well-presented manner
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with high attention to detail
- Service-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Fluency in French is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for VIP clients in the Investment Banking sector
- Manage and resolve technical issues via incident management tools
- Perform hands-on support for Azure administration and services
- Assist users with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS-related queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support processes
- Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions
Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with a proven VIP support background in Investment Banking to join our team in Central London. This onsite role is for an initial 6-week contract with potential for extension. We offer competitive daily rates and require someone who can thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
