Requirements
Must:
- Strong WordPress experience (agency background preferred)
- Very strong Avada experience
- Excellent technical IT knowledge
- Confidence working with servers, DNS, SSL, and hosting
- Ability to design good-looking, conversion-focused layouts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow SOPs and structured processes
- Experience building websites quickly without sacrificing quality
- Understanding of conversion rates, lead generation, small business websites, and commercial design principles
- Basic PHP / MySQL understanding (preferred)
- Shopify experience (preferred)
- Email marketing integrations (preferred)
- Zapier automations (preferred)
- Experience working with Plesk (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build full WordPress websites for commercial businesses
- Strongly utilize Avada for website creation
- Create high-quality homepages and inner pages independently
- Support landing page builds for PPC campaigns
- Set up and manage forms and conversions
- Handle contact flows and email notifications
- Manage DNS, nameservers, TXT records, and email configuration
- Work with servers, specifically Plesk
- Set up SSL certificates and troubleshoot HTTPS issues
- Conduct pre-launch checks using internal SOPs
- Manage website speed, performance, and security
- Address website issues, including hacked sites and malware
- Focus on WordPress security, preferably with Wordfence experience
