Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with at least 15 years of experience in a similar role (ISP sector background is ideal but not mandatory).
- I would appreciate demonstrable experience or certifications such as CWS, CCNA, or NSE 13.
- A strong product knowledge in areas such as Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Adtran, and Nokia is essential.
- Knowledge of technologies such as WAN/LAN/WLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, IP, Firewalls, Security, PON, IoT, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware) is required.
- Experience with HLD creation, network design tools (Visio, Lucid, Ekahau), and the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
Responsibilities
- As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, I will need you to collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the solutions sales cycle.
- I expect you to provide technical consultancy and presales support for bids and tenders.
- Creating high-level designs for networks, security, wireless, IoT, and VOIP systems will be part of your role.
- You will be responsible for building proposals and Bills of Materials for our solutions.
- Conducting and coordinating pre-sales site surveys and activities will also fall under your responsibilities.
- Supporting product and marketing teams with new product introductions is essential.
- I anticipate that you will strive to provide innovative services and refine our existing portfolio.
