Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with proficiency in the following areas:
- Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining features across core ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), AppEngine, Custom Applications, and Service Portal.
- Familiarity with platform tools such as Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Workspaces, Catalog Builder, and UI Builder to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ability to configure and develop custom modules, forms, and workflows in alignment with evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and the Glide API to optimize functionality and improve user experience through automation.
- A mindset geared towards driving process improvements through workflow automation and ServiceNow best practices.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining core ServiceNow functionalities.
- Utilizing platform tools to create scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Configuring and developing custom modules, forms, and workflows to support evolving needs.
- Leveraging scripting skills to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
- Monitoring and optimizing system performance for platform stability and efficiency.
- Managing existing ServiceNow integrations and developing new integrations with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Supporting business insights through the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and KPIs, including advanced analytics.
