Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of data integration and modeling with ERP systems and Sage.
- Ability to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret operational and commercial data.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with various stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- I will build live operational dashboards for manufacturing and logistics teams, focusing on metrics such as Volume In/Volume Out, Repair Costs, Stock Levels, Purchase Prices, and performance analysis.
- I will develop commercial dashboards for the head office to track key performance indicators like Profit vs Target, Volume by trader and supplier, Tonnage vs Freight Cost Recovery (FCR), and operational vs commercial performance metrics.
- I will integrate and model data from ERP systems and Sage into Power BI, ensuring a seamless reporting experience.
- I will create data warehousing solutions to support real-time reporting, driving improved decision-making across the business.
Description
We are seeking a Power BI Analyst for a 6-month initial contract based in Chesterfield, with 3 to 4 days of onsite working each week. This role is crucial in transforming our operational and commercial decision-making processes across multiple sites.
