Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess proven experience in leading the design and implementation of large-scale, complex applications. You should have deep knowledge of architecture and systems design principles, as well as hands-on experience delivering solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including D365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Fabric. A track record of working across SaaS, in-house builds, and third-party integrations is essential. You must also demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and have experience managing small technical teams or mentoring technical professionals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.
Responsibilities
In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end solution design for complex business needs and strategic projects. You will design and oversee the delivery of custom-built applications, particularly in scenarios where SaaS or third-party solutions are unsuitable. Collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams is crucial to ensure alignment with business and technical goals. You will work with technologies such as D365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Fabric for data warehousing. Maintaining consistent architectural standards across multiple projects and initiatives is a key responsibility, along with assessing new technologies and vendors based on our "borrow, buy, build" strategy. You will manage architectural trade-offs, balancing functional and technical requirements, and contribute to ongoing architecture governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
