Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in C# / .NET, particularly .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern architectural patterns.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring other developers and driving technical decisions.
- Knowledge of front-end integration (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Confidence in client-facing environments - gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and building strong working relationships.
- A passion for clean, maintainable code and best practices.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the redevelopment of our main platform, overseeing everything from architecture to deployment. This includes reworking and modernizing the existing tech stack to create a more scalable, user-friendly solution that caters to the needs of large enterprise users. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, making solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills essential for success.
