Requirements
Must:
- I have over 6 years of experience managing IT projects in regulated or enterprise environments.
- I have a proven track record of running multiple diverse IT/business change projects concurrently.
- I am comfortable operating with C-Suite executives in both formal governance and fast-paced informal settings.
- I thrive in shorter project cycles and evolving PMO environments.
- I possess experience in requirements analysis, process alignment, and transformation scoping.
- I am a clear, confident, and proactive communicator who leads through solutions, not just presentations.
Responsibilities
- I will support and contribute to our cloud strategy and delivery across platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- I will lead and track migrations, cloud use-cases, and technical transformation projects.
- I will manage multiple IT and business-aligned projects simultaneously, prioritizing workstreams across 12 group business units.
- I will scope and deliver projects to meet customer requirements while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- I will swiftly and pragmatically manage changes in scope and remove delivery blockers to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- I will lead senior business and IT stakeholders through both formal governance and informal workshops, effectively communicating progress and managing expectations.
- I will help shape the project lifecycle, frameworks, and PMO delivery standards while collaborating with Business Analysts and architects on delivery strategy.
- I will coordinate PMO analysts, BAs, business process partners, and solutions architects, drafting and guiding budget proposals and resourcing decisions.

I seek a candidate who possesses highly desirable qualifications, such as a Project Management Institute certification (PMP or CAPM), Prince2 or equivalent, and a background in regulated IT programs. A product ownership mindset within IT project environments is also preferred.
