Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a technical support or administrative role within a technology company
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collate and present data effectively
- Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Excellent service management skills, particularly with retail customers
- Understanding of VOIP hardware and software (including 999 services)
- Certification in ITSM / ITIL is a plus, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and performance of our VOIP services
- Own, prioritize, and manage escalated issues from Customer Services teams
- Focus on continuous improvement of VOIP services
- Identify root causes of issues and propose/implement solutions
- Gain a thorough understanding of processes and tools for VOIP services
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery
